Las fans nos preguntamos, ¿cómo puede ser posible? Que existan personas que impiden el derecho de los artistas de dedicarse a su labor...Es increíble que esta pandilla de acosadoras no deje a nuestros chicos de TH en paz, impidiendo que sigan trabajando en el nuevo álbum. Los chicos temen por su seguridad y la de su familia. Es completamente comprensible la decisión de TH de posponer la grabación, pues la seguridad y la familia es lo primero. Lo que todas las fans esperamos es que las autoridades alemanas estén ya tomando acciones para proteger a los chicos de estas personas que los están privando de su LIBERTAD. ¿Y qué podemos hacer las fans?
Bueno por el momento lo siguiente:
1. Pronunciarnos en contra del ACOSO que nuestros chicos de TH están sufriendo.
2. Apoyar el RESPETO POR LA PRIVACIDAD de nuestros chicos.
3. Participar en recolecciones de firmas de peticiones en contra de las acosadoras, hacer publicaciones y post sobre nuestro apoyo hacia TH.
En la web de BILD.DE se ha publicado el artículo: Pandilla de chicas detiene el nuevo álbum de Tokio Hotel. Les presento un resumen del artículo a continuación:
Explica que Bill y Tom debían viajar a Los Angeles para terminar su nuevo álbum, pero en lugar de esto se quedaron en casa, pues temen por la vida de su mamá, qquien ha reportado haber sido amenazada por la pandilla de chicas “Les Afghans on Tour”.
David Jost dice a Bams: Junto a numerosas amenazas y hostigamientos, debido a las persecusiones en carro de parte de las acosadoras, en varias ocasiones esto ha terminado en accidentes de tráfico.
Explica también que el abogado de las francesas propuso retirar los cargos en contra de Tom, si él hacía lo mismo. Jost dijo que esto se llevaría a cabo solamente si ellas presentaban una declaración firmada que asegurara que se mantendrían alejada de los chicos y sus familiares. En lugar de acceder a esto, las francesas despidieron a su abogado. Jost dice "Entonces los cargos no serán retirados. Ahora nuestro abogado va a presentar una petición de protección según la ley y mantendremos los cargos en contra de las francesas".
Según Jost estas chicas han tirado botellas a los carros de la banda. El 8 de abril ellas amenazaron a la mamá de los gemerlos. "Que la madre sea amenazada y en todo caso incluso atacada, es en todo caso, lo peor para Bill y Tom. Si se trata de asuntos que involcren a su familia, los gemelos inmediatamente hacen a un lado cualquier otra prioridad". Por esto es que Bill y Tom no quieren dejar sola a su mamá.
Algunas fans han explicado a la revista Bravo: "Durante un año, algunas chicas francesas han rentado apartamentos en la misma área que los gemelos de Tokio Hotel, con intenciones de ir tras los chicos".
BILD.DE "Lo que pase ahora entre la banda y estas chicas, ciertamente no tiene nada que ver con amor de fan".

That there are people in this world that stops the right of the artist from do their work…Is incredible that this gang of stalker girls don’t let our boys of TH in peace, they aren’t letting them work in their new album. The guys are afraid for their own and their family security. We understand the decision of TH to postpone the album, we know that the safety and the family go first. We hope that the German authorities take some actions to protect our TH guys from the ones who are taking their FREEDOM away. And what can we, the fans do now?
Well by the moment:
1. Declare our disagreement against STALKING.
2. Support the RESPECT FOR THE PRIVACY OF TH.
3. Participate in sign-petitions against stalkers, make post and publications about our support to TH.

Explains that Bill and Tom had to travel to Los Angeles to finish their album but instead this, they stay at home because they are worried for the life of their mother, who had reported been threatened by the gang of girls "The Afghans on Tour".
David Jost says to Bams: In addition to numerous harassments and threats, because of the car chases from the stalkers, it has ended in several traffic accidents.The article also explains that the lawyer of the French girls proposed to drop the charges against Tom if he do the same. Jost says that they would do that only if the girls presented a statement to stay away from the boys and their family. Instead of signing, the girls fired their lawyer.
Jost says: "So the charges won’t be dropped. Now our lawyer will present a request to the law of protection and also the outstanding charges against the French girls."Jost claims that the girls has throw bottles to the cars of the band. On April 8th, they threatened the mother of the twins.
Jost says: "About the mother to be threatened, and in this case even attacked, is by far the worst for Bill and Tom. As soon as involves to their family, the twins immediately leave aside every other priority." This is why Bill and Tom don’t want to leave there mother alone.
Some fans has explained to Bravo magazine: "For a year, a few of the French girls have rented apartments in the same area that the Tokio Hotel twins, to go after the boys.
